Note About Medicare patients:
If you have regular Medicare (Not HMO assigned like Kaiser, SCAN, etc) and a PPO secondary insurance, your first treatment may be covered at a reduced cost to you. Obviously, that is provided you have met your yearly deductible.
Conversely, if you have an HMO Medicare policy, we will bill you as a cash patient at a reduced “Medicare” rate after your initial visit.
